We want you to love your jewelry — but if something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at figagalleria@gmail.com with your order number.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or delayed returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
