Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered processing, production, or fulfillment.

Custom and personalized pieces are handmade specifically for the customer and are considered final sale.

Please carefully review any details, measurements, personalization, or specifications provided for a custom order before completing your purchase.

Because custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

6. JEWELRY CARE

Fìga Galleria is not responsible for damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, intentional alterations, or other damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing issue.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Because every piece is handmade, processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume. Any estimated processing or shipping times provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. Fìga Galleria is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Fìga Galleria is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If your package appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and checking with household members, neighbors, or your building's designated mail area.

We will do our best to assist with carrier-related issues when possible.
